Documents Required to be Submitted For NVS After Selection in Merit List
Candidates who appeared for the JNVST exam 2025 will be provisionally selected for admission. Parents of such students will have to submit the following documents during the admission verification process.
Proof of eligibility as per the conditions of the Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission 2025.
Proof of date of birth, i.e., the copy of the DOB issued by the concerned government authority.
Candidate’s copy of Aadhaar card as per section 7 of the Aadhaar Act, 2016.
Medical fitness certificate.
For students seeking admission under the rural quota, the parents will have to submit a certificate issued by the competent authority stating that the child studied Classes III, IV, and V from a recognised institution/school.
Undertaking for Migration
The valid residential proof of the parent as notified by the Government of India. The residence certificate will have to the same district where the JNV is located and the candidate had studied Class V.
Category certificate, if applicable.
Transfer certificate issued by the headmaster of the previous school for Class III, Class IV, and Class V.
Disability certificate, if applicable.
